Pompetravaini has always been linked to Universities and high schools with the purpose of cultivating talents that could one day be included in the company.
At the beginning of June, we met the future graduates of the "Omar" Industrial Technical Institute in Novara, which we have been collaborating for years with.
In illustrating the highly technological world of Pompetravaini, we came across a high level of interest from students to join our team.
And it's at the beginning of this week that some students began to carry out tutoring and training activities with us within various departments. This way, Pompetravaini offers them the opportunity to develop their skills and build a promising career.
